Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
Using PassOver
PassOver provides practice, assessments, progress reporting and live classes to schools, independent teachers and families. Creating an account does not by itself give access to any school's information: an administrator approves the access each person needs.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private and use your own account. Staff and administrators must use two-step sign-in.
- Tell your school or PassOver promptly if you think your account has been misused.
- Use only the information you are authorized to see, and only for its educational purpose.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, or another school's workspace.
- Do not copy, share or publish assessment questions or answer keys.
- Do not disrupt, overload or probe the service for weaknesses, except through our responsible-disclosure process.
- Behave respectfully in live classes and messages.
Results and readiness figures
PassOver results and readiness indicators are PassOver's own measures to support learning. They are not official PEP results and do not predict a student's placement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PassOver available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms, and will tell schools and account holders about significant changes.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
